I help women in midlife break out of the anxiety spiral and find their way back to themselves—without needing to meditate on a mountaintop or become someone they’re not.
After years of wrestling with high-functioning anxiety (while looking like I had it all together), I finally cracked the code to lasting peace and real joy—and now I teach other women how to do the same. My approach blends practical mindset shifts with neuroscience, spiritual wisdom, a dash of humor, and zero fluff.
I believe happiness isn’t some far-off destination. It’s something we can reclaim—right here, right now—with the right tools and a whole lot of self-love & compassion.
When I’m not coaching, I’m probably painting something intuitive, whipping up some tasty baked goods, doing a deep dive into my consciousness, or reminding myself (again) that the Universe always has my back.
